Based on the type of Special Share or Business Share Account you are applying for, the documents listed below are needed before the account may be opened. Documents may be returned via fax, scan & emailed or mailed back to SFFCU.
Note: All accounts will need the account card signed (wet signature) and returned prior to the account being activated.

- Letter from the Social Security Administration. The letter includes the following:
- Representative Payee Name
- Recipient Beneficiary's:
