While your account number suffixes will change, this does NOT impact existing external transfers, direct deposits and authorized payments, which will continue to process without interruption. Currently, transfers to and from external financial institutions do not occur over weekends and federal holidays and are processed when we re-open for business. Transfers will be processed as normal on September 3.

However, beginning September 3, 2024, use your new account numbers to set up any new external transfers, ACH payments/direct deposits. NOTE: Do not use any leading 0s, spaces or alpha characters such as an S or an L. Members should NOT substitute a 5 for the letter S or a 7 for the letter L to denote an account type suffix or sub-suffix. Doing so could delay your transaction. Example: A member’s account number is 1234123 and the new Primary Savings Suffix number is S0100. So, an ACH payment to the member’s Primary Savings Account will be 12341230100.
Current payroll deductions set up to repay loans or deposit money into Share Savings Accounts will remain unchanged.
Not a problem! Applications and supporting documents that are in progress and not completed by the end of day on Friday, August 30 will be processed beginning Tuesday, September 3.
Ensuring your account has the most updated information prior to the upgrade will be beneficial. It is recommended you check and, if necessary, update your account contact information before August 30 at 5:30 p.m. Our software conversion process does include testing to ensure account information is properly converted to our new system.
