State Farm Federal Credit Union (SFFCU) will be updating its core banking system software. Please use this website page as a resource to stay informed.

SFFCU will need to make products and services unavailable for a period of time while we convert to our new system.

Please take a moment to review the information provided about the upcoming change. If you have questions that aren’t answered, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your membership and the trust you place in SFFCU.   

Important Dates & Times

All times are CDT.

Before Wednesday, August 28 at 2:00 p.m.

  • Conduct any online transfers and deposit checks via remote deposit capture (RDC) to ensure you have access to funds prior to the Labor Day weekend.

Friday, August 30 at 5:30 p.m. to Tuesday, September 3 at 7:30 a.m.

  • SFFCU will be closed and unavailable for all transactions.
  • During this time, there will be NO access to the Credit Union, your SFFCU account, new savings and loan applications or supporting documents.  This includes:
    • Mobile app
    • Online Banking
    • SFFCU Contact Center
    • Chat, including Fin, our virtual financial assistant
    • Member Care Station in Bloomington
