First things first…if you’re not taking advantage of one of the most popular State Farm benefits offered, it’s easier than you think.
1. Gather Your Information & Apply
You will need 2 forms of identification. A state-issued driver’s license or ID and your State Farm ID will work!
Did you know members of your immediate family can become members, too?
If applying for a joint membership account with a family member who meets eligibility guidelines, you will need their:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Social Security Number
- Government-issued ID
2. Receive an email from SFFCU
You will be sent an email from Home CU-Accounts-Maintenance. This correspondence contains your account number and instructions for how to fund your account.
3. Fund Your Account
Register and create an SFFCU online banking account using your new account number.
Enter an account and routing number at another financial institution to fund your SFFCU Regular Share Savings Account.
$5 to establish membership ($10 for joint accounts). Once active, don’t forget to download the SFFCU mobile app!
Note: Your membership is not active until account funds have been deposited into the Credit Union.
