What’s Changing

New Account Number

Member Numbers will become known as Account Numbers. Account suffixes also will change within the new system.

Note: Members may see a few extra zeros before their account number or an extra space in the middle of their number. The zeros and spaces are not needed to access your accounts or conduct transactions (see examples).

New Statement

Starting in October, paper statements and envelopes will have a new look including a newly formatted color statement and a white envelope (instead of yellow).

eStatements also will be produced in a new colored format. Along with two years of archived statements, members will continue to receive their eStatements faster and more securely through online banking or the mobile app.

Additionally, to provide third quarter transaction history, all members will receive a month-end August statement (in the current format), and it will contain all account transactions not included on a previous statement. To complete the quarter, all members also will receive the newly formatted month-end September statement in October with September transactions.

Request a Check

After the upgrade completes on September 3, the Request a Check option under the Wires and Check Requests drop-down menu in online banking will be temporarily unavailable.  At this time, we do not have an estimate for when this feature will be available and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
